A Day in the Life: Get in the Zone—and Then Out of it

By testing and expanding his comfort zone: This is how one communication major has advanced his career in the Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology Organization at Biogen.

Jason’s career journey has taken him across various areas of the manufacturing floor, upward as a supervisor, overseas for a special project, and then beyond manufacturing into his current position.

“For me, it’s about what I can do in this role ... to feel good about what I’m putting in,” says Jason.

“Biogen has consistently provided me opportunities to do more, to have more responsibility, to be fulfilled.”

Across our manufacturing organization, the connection to patients is tangible. This team’s work can make an impact on people in their everyday lives and Jason feels that connection strongly.

“What Biogen does matters,” he says. Hear his full story below.
