Kendra Thomas

Kendra Thomas is the Head of Global Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and People Relations, joining Biogen in March 2020. She is responsible for the development and implementation of Biogen’s global DE&I strategy, as well as leading and conducting workplace investigations and end-to-end support for workforce planning, performance management and risk mitigation. She is helping shape Biogen’s desired culture, cultivating talent through transparent performance management and enhancing the employee experience by providing expert consultation.

Before joining Biogen, Ms. Thomas held positions of successive HR and DE&I leadership roles in diverse industries, including academic healthcare, education and government. She is a graduate of Missouri State University and Northeastern University School of Law. 

Ms. Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in socio-political communications from Missouri State University and a J.D. with a focus on employment law and civil rights from Northeastern University School of Law.
