Each year, thousands of Biogen employees around the world participate in our day of service, Care Deeply Volunteer Day. Programs are chosen based on their measurable impact in our local communities, including serving meals to the homeless, conducting STEM fairs at local schools, participating in park clean-ups, fixing up youth centers, tending community gardens and providing support at animal shelters and senior centers.

Beyond Care Deeply Volunteer Day, many of our employees donate their time, knowledge and resources to provide students in our Community Lab with insights into science careers or assist our STEM-based Foundation partners. Employees also actively participate in awareness initiatives related to the disease areas that our therapies address.

At Biogen, caring deeply means more than just making transformative medicine. It means giving back to the community in which we live, as well as the patients that we serve.
